Andrew Davies

Andrew Davies

Director

Born and raised in Melbourne and being a big contributor to the community, it is safe to say that when it comes to Auctioning your property Andrew is one of our many Auctioneers that you can trust will get you the result you want with his expert knowledge of the area, knowing it like the back of his hand.

Andrew attended Melbourne High School where he completed his VCE and then went on to complete his Business Degree at Monash University where he majored in Marketing. Before embarking on his working career he worked as a tennis coach and played golf off a single figure handicap.
Whilst completing his studies, Andrew started working at Ray White Glen Waverley in 2003. He started off as a Sales Professional before moving onto the role of Director/Auctioneer over the years.

Andrew’s Marketing degree set him apart from the rest as it taught him how to analyze all the information needed to provide informed and credible marketing advice on the best possible method of selling a home.

Twice a Senior Ray White Auction champion and with experience of over 1200 on-site auctions, Andrew is now one of Victoria’s leading auctioneers and can be seen entertaining crowds every Saturday with his friendly and charming characteristics.

When he’s not busy Auctioning your property, Andrew likes to spend time with his young family, travelling and playing tennis.

Peter Meseha

Director

Born and bred in Egypt, Peter migrated to Melbourne with his family when he was only 8 years of age.

Taking up residence in the Eastern Suburbs, Peter went on to complete his diploma in multimedia, before forming his own wholesale company; where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in customer service.

Realising that he was a “people person” and looking for a change in career, Peter decided that working in real estate was an opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with clients; a skill that he excelled in. He joined Ray White Glen Waverley as a sales agent in 2006.

Providing excellent service to his clients is Peter’s number one priority and his measure of success comes from client satisfaction. Time and time again, Peter is introduced to new clients from personal recommendations, helping him build an impressive client base.

Peter has had great success during his time in real estate, notably in the Monash area; winning several awards for his outstanding achievements.

Joining the business as a Director in 2013, Peter attributes his success to his commitment, dedication and constant communication with his clients. His fluency in Arabic is an extra asset to him in his chosen profession.

When away from the office, Peter likes to spend time with his young family.

Damian Moore

Director

With over 20 years of experience and more than $300 million worth of real estate transactions under his belt, Damian has a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry and its workings.

In recent years, Damian has committed countless hours to staff development as a real estate trainer for the Ray White group and other real estate companies.

An accomplished and experienced auctioneer, he can often be seen entertaining crowds and pleasing home sellers with his auction antics every Saturday. Having conducted in excess of 2000 auctions, Damian is undoubtedly one of real estate’s great negotiators and leading Auctioneers.

Today, Damian oversees one of Victoria’s top agencies. As a clear market leading business, your property is in safe hands with Damian and his award winning team.

Damian is dedicated to providing total customer satisfaction in all facets of buying, selling and renting. The number of return clients and referral business he receives can easily identify this dedication.

When Damian is not filling his days with real estate, you will find him dedicated to his family and occasionally on a golf course.

Joy Eichorn

Joy Eichorn

General Manager

With 14 years of experience in real estate, Joy Eichorn has an exceptional knowledge of the industry.

As General Manager at Ray White Glen Waverley, Joy is in charge of ensuring that the office is always running smoothly and that the Sales Staff and Property Managers have continuous support to ensure they can provide a great level of customer service for their clients.

Joy began her Real Estate career as a Personal Assistant at an agency in Belgrave. Over a four-year period there, Joy progressed to Operations Manager, whilst gaining a genuine interest and passion for the property industry.

Looking to further her career, Joy worked as an Office Manager for a boutique real estate company in Glen Iris for the next four years.

Her move to Ray White Glen Waverley was prompted by a desire to take on a broader challenge as Operations Manager. She also admired Ray White’s business style and commitment to providing excellent service.

Now the General Manager at Ray White Glen Waverley, Joy’s focus is on making sure the company remains an industry leader.

When Joy’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and renovating their home in the Dandenong Ranges.

Calvin Huang

Area Manager

After his parents migrated from China in the 80’s, Calvin spent his childhood growing up in Glen Waverley. He attended Melbourne High School, and completed a Bachelor of Business, before finding his true passion in Real Estate. He has never looked back, finding the thrill of negotiating the sale and sealing the deal completely invigorating. Calvin’s ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin, combined with his local knowledge, has proved to be a winning combination. Determination to achieve the best price for his clients has earned him the reputation of being “the hardest working agent…who treats each property as though it were his own”.
